Utter nonsense. I've never heard of anyone being punished for using proxies to get round the bans. I've lived in China for the last 13 years and regularly use proxies to get round their idiotic, childish censorship. Get yourself a proxy. Try Freegate.

It can be fun if you like air that can give you cancer. Or eating things while wondering which are the real food. Or be pushed around, skipped queues, or see pajamas ladies on the streets, or have people spitting around you.
