can we rent a car in America? i live in China and my American driver's license has expired since a while ago

can we rent a car in America? i live in China and my American driver's license has expired since a while ago.
I also have no current auto insurance on any vehicle back in America. My wife holds a Chinese driver's license. If we go back to America in a few months and want to rent a car, would we be able to? I mean, she will be the driver (assuming her license is recognized in America as legal). Also, will rental car companies take debit cards just as they take credit cards? I don't see why not.

Your driver's license is no good here. She has to obtain international driver's license first. Then it should not matter as all international driver's licenses are pretty much treated the same. As for debit, they probably will not. If you do not have enough on deposit, then it will be difficult for them to "charge" your account. Also if you were to stiff the rental company just by closing your account, they would have no recourse. But the best is to just call a rental company in USA. Each company have different policies. They would know for sure. International calls are pretty cheap these days. Good Luck...

I live in china and I am trying to find a flight back home to the united states because of a family situation?
Now I know that there is not going to be flight tickets under $1,000... But if you know of any place that does I wont be complaining!! hahaha I am just looking for a reasonable cost to get back home for a couple of weeks! If anyone knows of a site or anything else please answer! Thank you!

Try http://www.zuji.com/, they're Travelocity's Asia Pacfic website. If you book your flight well in advance they show plenty of r/t fares for less than $1,000 from cities like Shanghai to the US West Coast. Also check the websites of the airlines they show to have the best fares, good luck.

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

Why do china and India have the highest population in the world? Is it because of some resources or what?

China and India have the heaviest populated area because they are in the developing process. They do not have as much information or access to birth control and prevention plans. Girls in India also do not have that much of a choice in making decisions on there pregnancy they will often keep having kids untill they have a few boys.

Because they don't practice 'birth control'.

Can I connect to Xbox Live from China?
I am a US citizen stationed in Mainland China and I want to play Halo 3 with my friends back in the US. Is it possible to do so? I bought the Xbox 360 in China (the one that has not been modified) and will be buying the genuine Halo 3 as well. Please help! What if I connect to the server in Taiwan or Hong Kong, will I still be able to play with my friends back in US? If my Xbox 360 is Chinese, can I play Halo 3 bought in the US?

of course its in china man lol china has evrything however you may get some lag due to erm being in china lol

Yes, you can play with everyone on Xbox Live no matter where in the world they (or you) are. China is not a problem for you. Note: because your Xbox 360 is Chinese, bear in mind that you can only play Chinese games (which may be a problem if you leave China) and Chinese DVDs.
