I have a friend that live in China, how would I get a visa for her to come to the USA?

You can't get her a visa. She has to apply on her own and qualify for the visa. The best you can do is to send her a letter inviting her to visit you. This will demonstrate to the US embassy or consulate that she has a legitimate reason for coming to the US. There's a $131 application fee. The odds are she'll be denied the visa.

If this "friend" were actually a fiance of a US citizen, she could get a visa in approximately 8 months.

I know they have dogs, cats and fish. Beyond that, I don't know

they dont have dogs and cats as pets they have them for lunck yuck. fajatia means fried cat in chinese they cook cats but in america thay put chicken in them.

Anything they can eat, specially dogs. Apparently they think they taste better if you skin them while they are still alive; then you use all the skins to make trinkets for Westeners to buy. I would NEVER go to China, or Thailand or any of those countries where animals are so badly treated; we are supposed to be civilised and look what WE do; they do a million times worse and we still do trade with them and send them money; WHY?

Can a Esl teacher in China have a live in girlfriend?
Do most ESL schools in China, that provide free housing, allow you to have a girlfriend live there with you? I am currently in the Philippines with a Filipino girlfriend. I know it depends from school to school, but does anyone have experience in this matter? I am thinking about living in Beijing.

I know a few people that do, but I'm not sure if they are supposed to. I do know a few couples that came together (both are Western) and they got housing together. My school wouldn't allow it, and since we have to go through the front gate, it would be pretty obvious if we tried doing it anyway. Some places don't actually offer a house, just give you more money, that might be your best bet.

yes you can. my ex bf is an ESL teacher. i lived in his waijiao apartment building many days. as long as you have an asexual relationship, it's ok; or you can do whatever Bill Clinton doesn't consider ''sex'', it's ok. After all it's China, it's only 40+ years after cultural revolution.
