the fact that breathing the air in beijing for one day is the equivalent of smoking 17 cigarettes convinces me that risking my health would not be worth the economic boom. for some reason i still think that china's economy is highly unstable, not to add that health is wealth people!

Uighurs, you mean? few millions. Few millions too many.
2 :
aprrox. 8 millions, You can call them Uighurs.
3 :
There were near a hundred millions 50 years ago. Today a few millions are left alive. You can call those Turks "Uyghurs" just like you can call the Turks in Turkey (Anatolians)
4 :
There are around 10 million Turkic people living in China today, mainly in Xinjiang province in Western China. The biggest group is the Uyghur (8.4 millions), but there are also Kazakhs (1.3 millions) and smaller groups of Kirgiz, Yugur, Uzbeks and Tatar living in China, all of whom are Turkic peoples and still generally speak different Turkic languages (totally unrelated to Chinese). Actually, many of the 10 millions of the Muslim Hui minority living in China are also descendants from Turkic peoples, but since they (as opposed to the other minorities mentioned) are strongly assimilated into the Chinese culture, which means they also speak Chinese, it is more or less impossible to distinguish who might be of Turkic origin and who might not, which makes it meaningless to use "Turkic" as an ethnic label in their case.

2 :
"Answer: According to the regulations, if gold, silver and the products made from them are less than 50g (2 ounce), they are duty-free and do not need to be declared. If the weight exceeds the limitation, you should declare it." I.e if the nuggets weight more than 50 g then you have to declare it and pay duty.
3 :
