To those expats who live in China for long years, do you have Chinese names?
Chinese names =/= translation of your names For example, your full name is Timothy Joseph Walters and you have a Chinese name like 王達思 Can you tell me your Chinese names? ooops.. you had promised me my Chinese name long time ago what happened By the way, it's my birthday tomorrow I hope I get it finally as a present. EDIT My name means "Arrow" or more specifically, Lord Shiva's Arrrow. Lord Shiva is a character in Hindu mythology and is called the God of Destruction, Chaos but also, COOL, calm. You get the point, right?

My Chinese name is Wei Da Yong William is my given name and it means brave so a Chinese friend said Da yong is good and he gave me the family name Wei

yea i have one. its wang jiayin 王佳音 it means good luck well the jiayin part. the wang means king.

Yes. I have a Chinese name. A few years ago I went and had a Feng Shui master check my "ba gua" and told me my name wasn't good, it didn't have enough water in it, so he gave me a new one. The last name stayed the same. 康鸿熹
