1. They eat healthy for the most part, but strangely they eat a lot of fried chicken-KFC=King of F***in' China. 2. Wearing layers of clothes even when it is the hottest part of August=heat stroke. 3. Crazy driving (although this is definitely not limited to China).

Pollution esp in Beijing. My sister lives in China. She said the women there has nice skin because of the tea that they drink. They eat mostly noodles.

Speaking out against the government or business is physically dangerous. That's why no Chinese are willing to say that chemicals are getting into food at the factories where they work. They'd rather see poisoned children on TV than to go to prison themselves.

The health system between HK and mainland china are differeent In HK, we have much stricter inspection system and criteria of all the imported food including drugs (medical ) from foreign countries and from mainland chna. Thus, when you look at the data, HK people enjoy longer life than people of mainland china and even longer than americans and just a little behind japan. HK health care system pretty much follows the UK system, thus everyone enjoys free or low cost medicare, and in china, it is worse than the usa, becuase if you cant show the money upfront or no insurance coverage, no matter how serious the illness or injuries are, no hospitals would take you, thus in many cases, people just die by the front entrance of hospitals. It is another way of affecting the life expectancy in china.
